July is nearly here!

It’s Been a While… Here’s What We’ve Been Up To! 🐾

Well, it’s been 10 months since our last blog post, and with so much happening, I thought it was time for a little catch-up!

A Growing Team

At the start of the year, Sian joined our team, and it’s been an absolute game changer. Having her onboard has given me the time and space to develop the shop even further and discover even more amazing treats for your dogs. 🐶💕

Barkery Delights

Our Barkery continues to grow, and we’ve recently introduced Ruffingtons to our range. Their goodies have quickly become a favourite with customers looking for thoughtful (and tasty!) gifts for their pups.

Crufts Adventures

We made the trip to Crufts earlier this year, and, unsurprisingly, fell in love with every single dog we saw. There’s nothing like being surrounded by wagging tails and happy faces!

An Unexpected Honour

One of the highlights of the year has to be winning Retailer of the Year from Business Action, North Devon. We were up against some fantastic businesses, including the long-established department store Banbury’s, so it still feels surreal that we came out on top. I’m beyond proud of our little shop!

Meet Dylan

The biggest change at home (and in the shop!) is the arrival of our gorgeous Dylan. I always thought I’d end up with a hound, but when Winnie, Mabel’s best friend became pregnant, I had a feeling we were in trouble. She gave birth on the anniversary of losing our beloved Dexter, and it just felt right. He’s adorable, full of energy, and… I’m not going to lie, I really need some sleep. 💤🐾

In the Spotlight

We were also thrilled to be featured in a two page article in Pet Business World. As someone who hates having their photo taken, it was a bit daunting, but seeing our shop in a major trade magazine was a real "pinch me" moment.

What’s Next?

This month, we’re taking a fresh look at our gift boxes, natural treat boxes, and subscription options, with some lovely updates on the way. Stay tuned for more details very soon!

And Finally…

At the end of this week, we’ll be announcing something HUGE. We’ve been keeping it under wraps, but we can’t wait to share the news with you, watch this space! 👀🎉
